PostNord TPL’s business has seen significant growth over the past years, and they’ve acquired multiple new clients with varying needs. In 2016, PostNord TPL reached a point where they had outgrown their warehouse management solution and needed to upgrade to a new WMS platform. Their comprehensive optimization project included moving over several 3PL DCs to a new, centralized WMS application, which harmonizes their IT landscape and improves the business.
