A survey and report about Digital Native, their buying behavior and purchasing requirements
They have grown up with the digital as an integrated part of life, as opposed to “digital latecomers” who have had to acquire digital knowledge and skills in adulthood. Digital natives are growing up and becoming consumers and an important customer group for retail. It is therefore important to understand who the Digital Natives are and what characterizes their shopping patterns and expectations of shopping experiences, and how they differ from other consumer groups.
Our report is based on a survey conducted in collaboration with Kantar TNS in Norway, giving retailers valuable insights.
