Retail is constantly evolving in terms of buying and behavior patterns, landscape, digitalization, and shopping environment. An important trend in this development is mobility, meaning that consumers and retailers can engage with each other anytime and anywhere through various mobile shopping solutions.

The objective of this report is to describe how consumers think and behave in retail, how mature consumers and retailers are for new mobile shopping solutions, and the opportunities that come along with it.
