With a Swedish and Dutch background, Leendert has over 30 years of international technology management experience, coupled with 20 years of software expertise with enterprise application. In his previous positions, Leendert has managed complex application development and digital transformation projects, adding unique value to Extenda Retail.

Tony joined Extenda Retail in January 2020 as the Chief Financial Officer. Tony brings 25 years of international finance experience, in particular from the software industry. His previous experience in managing the financials in a semi-listed environment simultaneously integrating acquired platforms will enable continuous tight control when expanding the Extenda Retail Group internationally.

Mohit has spent over twenty years in the software industry, and brings extensive sales, management and international experience to the company. His focus will be to enable future success of Extenda Retail’s customers, and to grow the company in the Nordics and accelerate expansion internationally.

Erik is a recognized lawyer with strong command in several core legal areas after many years working with the largest law firms as well as working as an in-house lawyer with multiple large corporations, including Extenda Retail’s clients PostNord, Systembolaget and Apoteket. With his international experience and outstanding track record of managing change, Erik creates best-in-class legal and controlling processes, while driving stakeholder value.

Shayne leads Engineering and Technology, with more than 20 years of experience leading technical teams in software development and operations. He has a passion for developer enablement, while building a strong engineering culture. Shayne is equally focused on building products that scale to meet the demands of the consumer, and building an organization that can scale to execute on the Extenda Retail product roadmap.

From directing business transformations to managing multi-sourcing deliveries, Anki has gathered 25 years of experience in leading positions in Software Development, Support and Operations. At Extenda Retail, Anki leads the Client Management process with a focus on delivering outstanding operational services that ensure success for all our customers.

Lotta brings over 20 years of leading HR- and organizational development. In addition to her 7 years in the software and retail industry, she has extensive experience in senior HR management positions from finance, advisory and consulting businesses. In the role of HR Director, Lotta is focused on building a world-class team and company, with a sharp focus on a winning culture, superior leadership and value-adding performance.

David has 20 years of experience in leading positions in the Digital and Cloud Consulting industry. He has managed multinational service offerings and project deliveries to several industries. As a VP of Professional Services, David’s main focus is to ensure lifelong success for our Clients by delivering value-adding services and being a trusted advisor, having the best retail experts in the world.

With over 25 years of experience in leading positions in the Software Development and Technology Management Consulting Industry, Andreas has managed complex multi-national application projects and business transformations. As our VP of Operations, Andreas focuses on delivering sustainable processes enabling Extenda Retail to deliver exceptional value to our customers, employees and our owners.

Thomas joined Extenda Retail in June 2020 and brings with him many years of experience as Global Head of ERP Product Management at a leading provider of enterprise application software. Thomas’ experience of building world-class products and teams with an emphasis on “customer-first” will elevate our solutions to the next level of value.
