This collaboration aims to transform the in-store customer journey, empowering retailers to deliver seamless digital receipt solutions and enhanced customer engagement.

Through this partnership, Extenda Retail's innovative retail platforms, including its advanced POS and cloud-based commerce solutions, will integrate Yocuda's cutting-edge digital receipt technology. This will allow retailers to offer customers paperless receipts directly to their smartphones, enabling a sustainable and more engaging post-purchase experience.

Retailers using the joint solution will not only streamline their operations but also benefit from Yocuda’s impressive customer engagement metrics, including a 75% average open rate for digital receipts. With the ability to personalize communications post-purchase, businesses can promote product recommendations, loyalty programme feedback surveys, sustainable initiatives and more, while gaining valuable insights from real-time data on in-store customer behavior.
