Leading retail software provider Extenda Retail appoints Leendert H. Venema as the new CEO. Venema joins from Capgemini, where he has served as CEO of Nordics and CEO of Europe Cluster for the last ten years.

With a Swedish and Dutch background, Leendert has over 30 years of international technology management experience, coupled with 20 years of software expertise with enterprise applications. In his previous positions, Leendert has managed complex application development and digital transformation projects, adding unique value to Extenda Retail’s team.

Håkan Valberg who has been serving as the Interim CEO since June 17, 2019, will continue to stay on Extenda Retail’s board. The Board thanks Håkan for his excellent interim service and looks forward to his continued engagement.
