Acting as a digital assistant within the WMS, nyceBuddy seamlessly connects data, insights, and actions in one interface. It centralizes routine tasks, delivers real-time analytics, and transforms insights into direct actions — reducing manual effort, accelerating decision-making, and enabling warehouse teams to work faster, smarter, and with greater accuracy.
Grounded in nyce.logic and Extenda Retail’s pragmatic approach to AI, nyceBuddy focuses on measurable operational impact, including shortening dock-to-stock times, improving OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) performance, optimizing space utilization, and resolving issues more efficiently. Availability
nyceBuddy will be available to early-adopter customers in Q1 2026, with general availability planned for H1 2026.
